Pizzeria Lungomare
At Ristorante Lungomare, the pizzas come from a real wood-fired oven, just as they should. Take a seat on the terrace or in the restaurant, or order in advance and come and collect your favourite dishes. Dolce vita!
BLOOM Happy Food
Head to BLOOM for everything that makes comfort food so delicious: from scoop and cream ice cream to really good coffee, snacks and crispy chips. Our favourites? The luxury burgers (yes please!) and rendang chips – definitely recommended!
Café Beaufort
At Beaufort, you can enjoy a meal in the homely atmosphere of a café. No fancy food, just a tasty steak or schnitzel. We love it!
On the boulevard
Beach bar Thuishaven
At Thuishaven, you’re welcome every day from 10:00 to 23:00 for breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner. Sip a cocktail on the terrace as you enjoy stunning sunsets and the lively atmosphere along the boulevard.
Hoeks Fish and Snacks
Fish is, of course, part of beach life. In addition to delicious kibbeling and chips, there are also other snacks and ice creams.
Strandhuys Makkum
Strandhuys Makkum is the restaurant of Hotel Vigilante. The conservatory offers a view of the IJsselmeer, which is always pleasant for lunch or dinner. Our favourite for lunch is the ‘12 o’clock plate’, which is delicious and varied. Larger families and groups can also easily find a place here.
Get creative in the kitchen
Supermarket
On the central square, you’ll find a large supermarket with a wide selection and fair prices. Every morning from 8 a.m., there’s a generous assortment of freshly baked rolls.
Public kitchen
In our garden room, you’ll find a kitchen with an induction hob and microwave, available for all guests to use. Of course, there are also spacious tables where you can enjoy your meal. Fancy a delicious cappuccino in the morning? Bring your own mug and help yourself!
