Even without our entertainment team, there’s plenty to do and discover on the beach and at the campsite – whether you’re a toddler, teenager or adult!
And on a rainy day, there are plenty of sheltered spots to keep you entertained indoors.
Outdoor playgrounds
Beach
On the beach near the surf schools, you’ll find a huge children's playground with plenty of slides. The little ones will be happily entertained for ages – while you relax and enjoy the view.
Central Square
The little ones race around happily on the many pedal cars and go-karts. In the playground, a giant climbing tower with a mega slide, a zip line, a challenging climbing course and a water play area await young adventurers. And as if that’s not enough, there are plenty of swings too. Do you dare to cross the shallow pond using the stepping stones?
Petting Zoo
Our children's farm is not just about cuddling animals. In the field, you will find a large playground with a cool play castle, slides and a mega air trampoline. The kids will have fun here for a while. And it is the perfect place to make new friends (or meet old ones).
Play island
Conquer the island like a real pirate! It starts off exciting: make your way across the adventurous walkway across the water or opt for the wobbly ferry. Once you arrive, adventure awaits, the island is all yours!
Small play zone near the chalets
There is also a nice place to play on the chalet grounds. A small playground with equipment that you may recognise from your childhood – completely retro and still fun! Perfect for a bit of nostalgia while the children enjoy themselves.
Swimming pool
Campsite guests may use the small (unheated) outdoor swimming pool at the harbour, located directly behind the central square, free of charge.
Sheltered spaces for rainy days
Indoor play area at the petting zoo
It's all about fun here! Play digital games, hop into a racing seat for a quick lap, challenge each other to a game of air hockey or table football. And the best part? Just like everywhere else on the campsite, everything is free. Discos and other activities are also organised here regularly.
Piramide
In the large pyramid on the central square, you will be amazed by the size and theme of this space. No standard ball pit here, but a fantasy world full of playhouses: a restaurant, a shop, a hairdresser, a hospital and even a shipwreck.
Chillroom 12-17 years old
The slightly older youngsters have their own area at our campsite. Here they can chill out on the lounge sofas, play table football and pool. And of course, this area has free Wi-Fi, the fastest on the entire campsite.
Family living room
Are you tired of the awning on a rainy day? Then come and relax in the family living room on the upper floor of the reception. Here you will find a wide selection of books and games, which you can also borrow and exchange.
Garden Room
Rain shower over the campsite? No problem! Our garden room with communal kitchen is always a great place to be. This is where holiday friends meet or at least stop for a chat. Pull up a chair! In the kitchen in the garden lounge, you can quickly make yourself a fresh cappuccino, cook a tasty meal on the stove, and lovingly warm up that baby bottle in the microwave. Eat together at the long tables. And afterwards, you can just pop everything in the dishwasher. It feels a bit like home, but more fun.
Sports facilities
Football, beach volleyball and basketball
There are various sports facilities on the boulevard: beach volleyball, a simple football pitch and a basketball net. Looking for opponents? Check the recreation programme for the match dates.
Skate park
Practise your skills and tricks on your skateboard, scooter or BMX on the small skate park next to the boulevard!
Running
If you want to keep fit during your holiday, you don't have to run between the tents. Of course, you can enjoy running on the beach or the boulevard, but we recommend the lovely paths in the nature reserve.
Beach Yoga
During the summer holidays, we organise beach yoga on the beach twice a week. Naturally, this is free for our guests. Please refer to our recreation programme for the dates.
